CCDI was charged with improving Beltbox – a portable warm-up voice dampener for performers – through design, engineering and comprehensive material research to create a product ready for production and market release.
This project required a huge amount of creative input, prototyping and experimentation in order to find the right shape and materials for optimal sound insulation and comfort. Identifying the right production techniques and finding the right suppliers were also a challenge. In the end, however, CCDI has managed to create great product.
