One of the services we offer to our clients is FEA (Finite Element Analysis), a form of simulation that uses virtual CAD models to analyse a product’s mechanical properties. It can be used to test whether a product can be irreversibly deformed or worn through normal use, which could render it unusable.
Through FEA we can save our clients money by being able to determine the lowest amount of material required during the manufacturing process so that the product functions perfectly and safely. During this process we can also pinpoint weak areas in the parts that need to be improved to ensure safety while keeping manufacturing costs low.
